How we store your personal information
Your anonymised information is securely stored only on a password protected spreadsheet.
We keep your contact details, counselling assessment and counselling notes for five years in accordance with our professional malpractice insurance policy. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our spreadsheet, which is set to automatically delete information when it becomes five years old.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
