Light Step Counselling
Online and Telephone Counselling
Approaching a counsellor can bring about assorted feelings, from enthusiasm about making life choices to feeling that counselling is a last resort to resolve complex issues. Perhaps you have no idea why you feel tense, anxious or worried.
As a humanistic integrative counsellor, I listen to what you want to say with empathy and respect. I support you to develop self-awareness, reduce anxiety, build better relationships, and process trauma.
